Tell Loudoun County Public Schools to Repeal Policy 8040
"Two male students at Stone Bridge High School have been suspended for 10 days after expressing discomfort that a biologically female student—who identifies as male—was using the boys' locker room. LCPS conducted a Title IX investigation, ultimately finding the boys responsible for sexual harassment and sex-based discrimination, and issued them a no-contact order with the other student, along with a corrective action plan. Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares has called it a “weaponization” of Title IX and referring the case to both the U.S. Department of Education and Department of Justice.
"This case raises crucial concerns about student privacy, religious freedom, and the right to express discomfort in sensitive situations.
"It highlights growing tensions in policy enforcement around gender identity and Title IX, especially under Policy 8040, which permits students to use facilities based on gender identity, not biological sex."

The suspension of two male students at Stone Bridge High School for expressing their discomfort at having females in the male locker room is a disgrace, must be reversed and their school records of this suspension expunged. How can we pretend, on the one hand to teach our young men to respect women while on the other hand not support them in their effort to do so? The hypocrisy must end. Repeal policy 8040! Biology is not bigotry. All children have a right to bodily privacy.
