“Bottom surgery” for a male means that a surgeon cuts off the young man’s penis and uses the remaining skin to fashion a fake vagina with a false vaginal canal that leads to nowhere. The procedure renders the patient infertile and incapable of experiencing sexual pleasure via the genitals. Young men who have been through this butchery also report incontinence, unrelenting foul odor, and constant pain, among other complications.
